The Hot Club of Pearl Street is a Swing and Hot Jazz band founded on Boulder's famous Pearl Street.  We play the music of Benny Goodman, Louis Armstrong, Fats Waller, Glen Miller and the like.  We're bringing Jazz music back to the dance floor and back to the people, where it belongs!

The Hot Club of Pearl Street is:

Jeremy Mohney- Saxophone, Clarinet, and Vocals
Matt Cantor- Upright Bass
Greg Corcione- Drums
Bobby Davis- Guitar
Jeremy Ciampa- Guitar
Ryan Tipton- Piano
and featuring Lee Gabriel- Vocals

Its hard to say how long The Hot Club of Pearl Street has been haunting Boulder. Rumors cast the first appearance of Mr. Jeremy Mohney somewhere around 2009 having just returned from France (or was it New Orleans?) barefoot and disshevled and blowing his horn as if swing music might save the world. Word has it Matt Cantor walked a bass line to Pearl Street all the way from Back to the Woods. Greg Corcione drove the beat from the east coast on a hunch, just as Jeremy Ciampa was swinging by- guitar in tow.  Bobby Davis came down with the old time blues just as Ryan Tipton wheeled a ramshackled upright down the brick lined streets.  Lee Gabriel happened to happen by humming the tune. Other accounts suggest the whole band was stranded in the West years ago when Satchmo's tour bus broke down just east of town- having maintained youthful appearances on pure syncopation.

Either way, The Hot Club is here and now. Swinging as sure as they're breathing. And as sure as you'll be dancing.
